You may terminate your membership anytime. We may terminate your membership whether it is free or paid member when we view that you have violated the terms of service . If you are using our paid services , you will not be entitled to refund to unused fees or services.

The following are a partial list of the Contents which are illegal or prohibited on OleWorld.com. Posting of any of these will result in our sole discretion or our unilateral decision in

Unsolicited mass mailing, emailing or other communication. 4.9. providing instructional information of illegal activities such as making or buying illegal 4.10. Weapons or creating computer viruses. 4.11. Soliciting password or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful Purpose from other users. 4.12. Promoting commercial activities, sweepstakes, contest, pyramid schemes, barter or advertising. 4.13. Posting photograph or video of another person without their permission. 4.14. Promoting an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work,Pirated music, pirated software programming and providing links to them. 4.15. Displaying unauthorized advertisement on your profile, soliciting funds on the behalf of another person, or providing external links in your blog or forum with commercial purpose 4.16. Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another member or person. 4.17. Transferring or selling your profile to other members or non members. The above contents are strictly prohibited but there are possibilities that you may be Exposed while using the OleWorld and our Services . If members are exposed to such Contents, we from OleWorld and the entire team of OleWorld are in anyway responsible to for the damages incurred Or suffered by any party or related to such exposure.
OleWorld may engage third party applications or widgets or programs. These maybe used In member profiles or other OleWorld related activities. Members are advised not to Provide personal information while engaging those programs if you choose not to participate.
6.Posted Contents The contents posted are the sole responsibility of the members. OleWorld has the sole right to Refuse, reject or delete of any contents based on Sole OleWorld judgment or based on violation Of terms of the Agreement or contents which maybe of offensive, threat, vulgarity to users or Entity.
7.Third Party Proprietary Rights On Contents In Oleworld Members are to respect the intellectual property of the third party providers to OleWorld. Any infringement of copy right, patent, trademark secrets or any other terms of service, May result in termination of your membership. And OleWorld has the right to terminate those member/members who violate this agreement. 8.1. OleWorld is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on OleWorld or Services connected with it. Whether those made or caused by users of the OleWorld website, members, our advertisers or corporate partners or by any equipment or programming associated with or operation utilized with the OleWorld or the Services. OleWorld assumes no responsibility for any omission, interruption, deletion, defects, delay or slow in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or hosting problems/failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or changes to user or member communication. OleWorld assume no responsibility for any technical problems or malfunction of servers or providers, telephone lines, software failures , emails failure, traffic congestion or global internet shutdown.
Disputes between members are solely your responsibility. OleWorld has the right to involve if warranted.
10. Privacy Oleworld Services is also governed by Privacy policy. Please refer to Privacy policy.
11. Limitation On Liability IN NO EVENT OLEWORLD IS OR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY ,INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OLEWORLD SERVICES, EVEN IF OLEWORLD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES . NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OLEWORLD’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSO EVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO OLEWORLD FOR OLEWORLD SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
12.Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold OleWorld and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to
[i] your use of the website or the Service in violation of this Agreement. [ii] any other breach of this agreement by you. [iii] Any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.
You may terminate Agreement or terminated by OleWorld anytime and for whatever reason. The terms of the following sections of this Agreement will survive any such termination and will continue to be bound by such terms indefinitely:
